  1. Not that simple unfortunately. You need to machine the cases too to fit the 1052 barrels, or swap the cases for 1052 items, in which case you might as well do the crank tpo as the 1052 pistons only give modest increase. You can see why most people just fit a complete 1100 engine. A 1200 bandit lump with your 750 head, cams, and carbs makes for a nice powerful motor.
  2. Well if the stroke is 14.3mm longer the engine will be 7.15mm taller, if the rod lengths are the same and the piston pin height is the same. I've both set's of barrels at home but I wont' be able to measure then till next week.
  3. No, just a stock 1127, with 14/48 gearing. Building a 1157, with dot head and 6speed box to go in a 750k chassis currently. That will run stock 750L forks and brakes but a Brembo radial master cylinder.
  4. Stock forks and brakes, just 9.5 springs and a set of braided lines. Don't look very Gucci though. : )
  5. 750m forks are pretty good in my experience. Even the brakes are ok. Best improvements would be from a decent master cylinder and lighter wheels.
  6. Reactive are very good Like Clive mine's not been touched.
  7. I run a stock 2005 r6 shock and spring Good enough to win club races. Plenty of guys out there who can freshen them up.
  8. The frames are quite different so you may need to mix and match bits. I've got a 750 with an 1100 arm, I think I ended up using a 750 link, because I'm running a longer R1 Shock. Stock length 750 shock, the 1100 link will work, and give a bit of extra ride height.
  9. I think so. There's a sleeve through the bearing that is wider than the alloy part of the knuckle. See if you can find a parts fiche on line to check.
  10. Knuckle and dog bones are identical in geometry to the j/k parts. Need to make up a few simple spacers to make the j/k kbuckle work with the wr arm. Doing this swap on mine at the moment but I was lucky enough to find a complete rear end.
  11. I ran them with a flat sump no problem.
  12. Yeah slabbie frame weld quite nicely, had to do the lock stops on mine and sub frames on mine. Clean the area to be welded thoroughly with acetone, then lightly grind back the area to get rid of the anodizing and any oxidization. Clean again with acetone before welding.
  13. Do you have a link to where we can sign up to this Yann?
  14. I think it's just where he's missed the apex.
  15. No, that's not what I'm after thanks. There was a small French or Dutch firm that does a replica RK. fairing.
  16. Ducati 900ss has a similar rear suspension set-up. Not sure how the motion ratios compare though.
