  4. What are yuo trying to do?? I think I have a set of TL yokes here and some other bits and pieces???
  5. the fork seal for na SV1000 is part number 51153-42F00 that equates to 46x58x10.5mm so 46 mm fork leg..
  6. Good man dont forget Bandit ownership rule 17b, wheels must be white
  7. yes its normal, i have used an impact driver and before i had one i stuck a bit of 4x4 in the rear wheel, and used a 3 foot breaker bar, never had a problem

  10. How much did you get for me teapot???
  11. So your relying on my dodger old beer sodden memory,,
  12. How long do they need to be?? this is a set of 600 SRAD forks I modified to fit a bandit, with a bandit wheel to retain the speedo drive, they are 735mm ISH without the stepped home made yoke and 760mm ish with the yoke.. A slabby stem will fit straight in I believe.. This lot might be for sale soon as well..
  13. Depends what the actual rim size is, is it a 5 or 5.5 inch?
  14. The whole point for me of doing this convention was the cost, it was over ten years ago, I got a complete 750j motor for £35!! The gearbox was shot so not worth fixing... I bolted the head and cams on and it went like fek. Today you have to pay several hundred pounds for a good DOT head and the correct cams, so it could be cheaper to get some reground cams and a head job...
  15. Not quite Tony, I have done a coupl in the past and the gsxr DOT head with cams gave 130 ish with pod filters and decent exhaust, after dyno setting up.. Excellent bolt on hp , most people say now you must dial in the dams, I did mine ages ago and didn't really know about that do I bolted it all together and rode it, they rev much quicker but loose some midrange, but fun fun fun,, good of luck finding the head and cams cheap nowadays though,
  16. Mine was dynoed at 150 hp and has standard Suzuki plates and one Barnett HD spring, never slipped , and it spends all its time on tracks.
  17. I've used slingy wheels with bandit hanger and spacers before, so yes
  18. a 1200 bracket will do with different spacer????? any of these any good??? all 20mm
  19. Use a B6 rear ,20mm spindle it drops in and is a 160 rear tyre, 4.5 inch instead of 5.5.. they are cheap... you need the sprocket carrier as well, but so dose the gsx wheel. buy a tin of paint and that will sort the colour matching
  20. still available from Robinsons foundry, and all Suzuki dealers I suppose. RETURN SPRING (09443-07038) £3.38
