  4. Ive done it twice to b12,s instant cheap bolt on power/fun. first time in 2003, on the bike below, had it dynod with the pods and the exhaust in the picture, standard motor, made 109 rwhp after a lot of faffing about, then fitted the DOT 750 cams and it went up to 127 rwhp, later on I fitted the head as well it went to 133rwhp after setting up on the same dyno.. dyno bloke did say that it would have been better if some chimp hadn't chopped the can in half.. was it worth it to fit the head??? it didn't really feel any different, the extra 5 donkeys weren't noticeable but it picked up much quicker and was an absolute hoot to ride, pain in the bum sorting the fuel tap though...

  14. you have taken the ignition pick up plate off ??? and dont pry the cases apart use the two 8mm jacking points that Suzuki fitted to the cases.
  15. you will need the mark 2 pick up as the plugs are different, and the neutral switch and to ensure no cable chopping, the alternator.
  16. the first 95/96 pre production b12's had gsxr looms and a one off cdi apparently, i had trouble finding one years go when i had a 96 one. it also had the 1156 stamp, no bottom engine mounts and an rf900 swinging arm, all in all a parts bin special...but just stick a b12 mark 1 loom and cdi on and it will be all good..
  17. whip the plugs out and see if it spins really fats then
  18. Connect jump pack directly to the starter motor, if it spins ok then it's the solenoid or wiring, if it's slow still, pull starter and see if it spins freely whilst not turning the engine??
  19. What he Said, Check the cranking voltage, if it drops significantly when you push the tit, your battery is probably shot.......
