  2. You may find one of the machinest will do simple spacers on there break
  3. Make my own spacers but sounds like not an option for you. Find a local engineering shop and they should be able to make them to you size and spec
  4. You may find some Raask to fit . I got some for a Albania but the quality was not as good as back in the day
  5. Looking really good. Very nice work.
  6. Guhnrig cobalt drill set are superb. Set 1mm to 10.5incuding tapping drill sizes are about £60 and well worth it. I got mine from MSC direct
  7. I'm with Bluedog59 I had simalar problems in the past and turned out to be fuel restricted by filter. Not complete blockage but enough to slow it right down so it felt like running out of fuel
  8. I prefer the mk1 but then I am biased as I have one lol.

Every Japanese bike after about 1972 can run unleaded fuel. Think they may have been the first to go unleaded
  11. 1085 big bore. Bandit running gear. Mikuni RS carbs. Race fit exhaust
  12. Nice. Always liked the seventies strokers
  13. Main things to consider are drive sprocket position and exhaust. Sprocket close to swingarm tends to give better handing but can give problems with exhaust. Exhaust may need heeders extension to reach the ports. Swap into gs thou will be similar to swap to gsx so look for some of them as well in the projects.
  14. Hi. Welcome to OSS. Take a look through the projects. Lots of transplanted bandit lumps.
  15. GSXR 1100GHJ not cable they are hydraulic. Some 750s and 600s are cable.
  16. Told you Wraith was the man to know about shafties.
  17. OEM all the way. Take them out have a good look you may only need fibers. If so give them a good soak with oil before fitting
  18. Wraith is the man with the Shaft knowledge
