    Have the clocks got fuel guage? Think the Jap home market ones had file guage.

    Which gsxr 750? Some are long stroke some short stroke. If long stroke may get away with using short stroke std ign. Think 750j has limit at 13500

    Forgot to add. A mate had a swingarm off a quad powder coated with a chrome effect powder coat and it looks grear

    I think chrome may also crack on a frame due to flex. Think this is why Harris, moto Martin and rickman used nicol as it tolerates flex

    Hi bud welcome to OSS. Nice project. There are some kits about that put it into 1100 frame. 750 has different bottom mount so is possible to do. Choice is usually sit forward in the frame to get exhaust on or sit back for better chain run. Somewhere in the middle compramises both lol. Bush is easier bore out more difficult but more strength.

    Try taking the high spots off before lapping. Looks pretty bad though. Don't think metal spray will up to it but spiral welding will do it. Not a cheap job though.

    750 frames are cheaper and come up more often. If your doing the brace thing and putting modified front and rear not much of a problem.

    As far as I know only the bottom engine mount is different position.
