Usually the one on the carbs in throttle position sensor. Pulse generator is what tells ecu when yo fire a spark

Very strange problem mate. Are you using resistor type plugs? If it runs well When starting to remove it may be the extra resistance making the difference or it could be nothing to do with it but would be clutching a straws by now lol

Had a couple and they have been OK. Fittings also industrial are fine just not as bling

Lube the cable with a light oil like 3 in 1

Can be cable needing some lube. If it drys out to much it can cause the flutter you discribe

Almost all exhaust swaps require some jetting to get optimum performance. Some may be close enough to run OK Ish but not spot on. A lot of gs and gsx exhaust are similar and will fit with a bit of work. Usually on the hangers at the rear.

Plug chop is a good idea. Try and get an idea where your fueling is at? Is it un restricted vance n hines? May need bigger mains if it is.

Will be worth the hassle making mounts for it as it looks so right imho
