Comparing slide and cv size is a bit apple and pears. Still 29 bit small. Had a set on 33 smorhtbore slides on a 1052 and it flies.

Seem to remember one of the kwaks had remote res but can't remember which one. May be zx 7 but not 100%

May have to get one made. At least you have original one to copy sizes

Are all the jets the same make? Think dyno jet use different markings so ma have mix of jets

Probably depends more on the time of year you ride most.

I think the standard Kat would be painted. Less protection in the raw from the elements.

Feel and it a lighter set up

Loctite can be very very good if it is applied correctly. Lots of applications where metal is bonded with some kind of glue. Even Aviation use lots of it.
