Basket was improperly installed !..... how the hell do you " oval " a roller bearing ???? Check the oil pump gear for damage ....and the alternator drive gear ..... that will be the one behind the clutch basket .

well ...that's obvious.

I measured my spare 1150 carbs and they are 36mm.....oil cooled gsxr 36mm carbs are a direct fit . loosen all the hose clamps so the intakes can be rotated ....using a straight edge on the intakes , index the rubbers until they are all in line ...tighten the clamps and instal the carbs . warm up the rubber a tad before installing the carbs .

the difference in stroke is at the crank .

10hp is substancial when we are talking stock ...... where did you find the info regarding the model years and are they accurate ? Most probably a destination country regulation .

Had a 600 teapot cover on a 1052 ..... worked fine .

Let me guess...... do you have dyna coils abx/or dyna 2000 ?

Pivot bolt the same.... width should be also but I will check the arm tommorror.....wheel axles are different..... bandit 12 (smaller)

Have not seen the part in question but is there any room in the rs's body to add bearings to the slides such as tmr or fcr ? Or machine new ally slide with bearings fitted.....

Why B12? That 1109 you have will out run a bandit . I am sure if you are having trouble in the "engine build " department.... we can assist you with our bank of knowledge here at casa del OSS .

That's the color of the first ever 1150 I bought back in 86'..... once you strip all the gayness off it .... it will be top notch as intended !
