  1. because you posted a pic of a non-Suzuki bike, we will now have to tell your wife about it.
  2. whatever it is, it's not an oldskoolsuzuki, it's a parts donor.
  3. @Rene EFE has a SRAD 750 engined RF. And if a 750 engine fits, a 1000 engine should also fit, and maybe even a 1300 engine.
  4. my money's on a f@cked temp meter
  5. the GSX750W is the Inazuma, sort of a non-gay Bandit. Oilcooled engine.
  6. not on a Mk2 B12, different spacing. Or you would need to swap the intake rubbers as well.
  7. Almost. Would fit very well with light blue bodywork.
  8. GSX-R 750 J and K, 1100 K and L, Teapot 750, Bandit 1200, '90s Triumphs, Pegaso 650, etc... the list is almost endless. Post some pics of your carbs and we will tell you.
  9. Hi and welcome, cool project. '94-'95 (pre-SRAD) GSX-R750 swingarm is the same as your 1100 arm but shorter.
  10. sump pan (including oil pick-up) can be swapped. All you need is a new gasket, better buy one before you start work if you want to keep the bike rideable.
  11. Hi and welcome to group therapy. tailpieces / sidepanels and tank are the same, fairings are different.
  12. are you the same stuntmonkey from the old site?
  13. yeah but you know that means you can not play with it till your birthday.
  14. exactly, . By the way that's not an 888 but a simple 900SS.
  15. Hi, my mate @Saulius is complaining that the rear shock on his 1100M is too soft. I told him the obvious thing (loose weight). His bike has a longer swingarm, he wants to lower the rear a bit but still keep it suitable for two-up riding, so he needs a 50% stronger rear shock according to his calculations. He could have a spring custom-made to suit his bike, but I guess then the damping caracteristics would be out of the window. Is there any off-the-shelf replacement shock for a Slingy 1100 which is harder, and not too expensive?
