It has Kwak rearsets on with a long throw rod on it. So am just looking at the angle the link arm works at best. I have to adjust the rod for my personal taste after & loctite it in place as the rod is made of Nylon tube that i threaded. Link arm on this pic is not one i'm using, have fitted a gen slabby one now with dogleg to it.

As said, i have a GSX1100F (1127) already. Just thinking out loud & whether in the future to change it, before the spanners start to spin

No, cos the question was for a stock engine to start with!

Doubt my pockets will ever be that deep

Rather than have a spacer made, would any of you consider a bearing to fit behind the sprocket & again'st the drive shaft spacer? I have one here 25x37x7 that will be perfect size wise & could save me having one made. Normally i wouldn't dare, but it will be trapped between the parts with no lateral movement & the shaft rotating in the bearing, which it does in the shaft spacer anyway! Part No's 42 & 43 on this 1127 lump

So my question is, given a std untouched oil cooled lump, in order what are the outputs for these & preferences for road/race/drag? Just curious as the lump i have is from the GSX1100F totally standard to be used for RWYB, until pennies allow some fettling

Too many "Rocket Launcher" cans here. Less is more and D&D were (are) always my favourite cans by far!

Isn't carb spacing an issue? Then again, Efe rubbers are the most flexible (if they're not perished)

It's the mount points i'd be looking at

Side of the head has a dot/blank mark on it. Not my area but i believe ports/cams are the sought after point!

Why take the risk for the sake of a few rubber washer/grommets?

As in the sump? If so, i believe they're AN8

Check the part No's on Robinsons website

Count the teeth on the Alt gear & the basket gear, then post that up & someone will be along to give you advice as to what's right/wrong. I can't help numbers wise, as i don't do Blandits

Believe me, the rubbers can look fine & not be. My Yoshi was like that, stuck NOS ones on & it ran perfectly after. If you can pick up some for a deent price, go for it BTW what was V&H's recommendation for jetting?

Just different gears, all else the same
