  4. Surly if you have an extended arm the wheelbase is sorted to a degree.. just dept on how much adjustment you have..... EDIT just looked at your project pic's start off say 3/4 down the slot...say 68" wheelbase....that will give you wriggle room for a sprocket change with out altering chain length ... gearing I would run 15-45 on a stock motor maybe 15-47 if its still in 4th at the 1/4
  5. think the biggest weakness is owners not checking water level and boiling them... debbens did one that was 200bhp N/A ...The sidecar boys used to luv them...... there are shim spitting story's BTH I think that's from over revving them in a naked bike they do look butt f##K ugly thou
  6. Have you checked for play in the shaft ?
  7. Its 28mm where the stem nut fits but are you sure its the same where the bearing sits and not 30mm ...? I used this on a GSXR 1000 front end ....

  9. if you have a strobe that you can dial in advance then the T mark should line up with centre of L/Hand pick up......
  10. Yeap I found one...the back off the centre mount has be ground back a little....chain clearance at a guess .... But is ok aside from that and it don't affect fitting or use TBH...........
  11. I,ll dig out my box off hangers . I know I have a L/Hand hanger that's ok but may not be complete ..how much more do u need ?

I think you'll find that the bottom bolt on the sling5hit hangers is thru the original hangers centre hole.....so you will need to add top and bottom tabs......biggest issue is brake link age tight on swinger... Ooooh and the hangers use metric fine bolts........not that it will affect any new tabs you add....

  17. Standard at the mo on the 1216 oil boiler draw thru EFE .... but I did run taller gearing on my last Air Cooled Draw thru....which worked well.....17 Front with Stock Busa Rear .....
