Aparantly there building there own race bike based on this frame. Do you not think it's up to the job?

Use a 1mm restrictor to my tdo4l and using ape studs no problems in last 3 years. Road bike, best dyno figure was 260hp.

With standard clutch I had to remove some of the webbing from the inside of the case as it catches a bit. I later added a extension to the case for a lock-up clutch when I went turbo.

Cable ones fit as well I removed the mechanism from one and fitted a breather in its place.

Just paint everything black or black ceramic coat. Most people round hear on there modern bikes don't even realise you are on a turbo bike until you go past them on the open road

Did this to a standard one a few years ago the night before going to the TT. Luky my neighbour wasn't going so he lent me his from his 1100k. Always had crash cases after that, there all better than the light weight standard ones. Yoshimura one much stronger.

I like a crash casing and they can save your bacon. I like a bling cam cover as well as a swinging arm.

Spoke to a local powder coaters today even though they were shut for the Christmas week. The boss Bri says if he can get hold of the black chrome powder they can do it. But not until they go back to work in the new year. Picture is Gary's Spondon frame done in black chrome.
