  1. Cleaned some of the bolt holes & threads up then refitted the engine.
  2. Aerocoat in Great Yarmouth and its simple stunning the pictures don't do it justice.
  3. After a month away and a 460 mile round trip the frame is back.

  5. The answer to more powder and torque is simple just fit a turbo.
  6. I am going to use 14/43 on one of my bikes with a big bore kit. According to gear commander with my set up speed will be 141mph at 8500 revs, so I recon top speed will be about 146mph.
  7. Get one of those tiny cameras down no 2 is what I would do for a look see it there are any marks on the piston from the valves or just wipe the head off.
  8. I trimed the knuckle in 2 places to run this r1 shock which is about 303/305mm.
  9. You could use solid front engine mounts instead of the rubber ones making the engine a stressed member.
  10. If a little long you may have to trim the dog bone a smidge.
  11. As said the 750 is a lot shorter than the 1100.

    Push rod length is approximately 101.5mm in length. You will struggle to get the 40mm carbs set up properly with filters they like a airbox. I sold my one's in the end, you would be better of with 38's.

  15. @Dezzathere 750 oily one's, had them on a b12 with the correct carb rubbers.
  16. Seen people use them on specials when using engine as stressed member.
  17. Put some washers behind the springs if this helps buy some heavy dutiy springs.
  18. These are bst38mm carbs. Can not tell what the ones are in the picture above.
