Fuel starvation could be a blocked breather in the tank cap. Would be worth watching the filter then undoing the cap see if filter fills up.

Drilled discs can improve cooling but not actual stopping power. Better off changing the caliper for four pot and an adaptor plate.

You could do the cut on a lathe and then lap by hand with a little fine grinding paste

Could be loose sprocket nut? Or loose clutch hub nut?
