    I am pretty sure that they had a siver and blue as I have a fairing in the loft that is silver and blue. That I am sure came off a standard ish bike.

    Most rubber gaskets can be reused if they are undamaged.

    You would need some plastigauge to check the clearance. And a manual for the tolerance to work to. It won't be easy to polish to an accurate degree. Especially if you do it by hand.
