Adding a Gear Indicator

I used the neutral?gear indicator from a GS 850 for a Bandit 400. It was then connected to a led display from online store.

Do you know the size of the switch? 

Thinking if it would fit a oil cooled motor?

I know that EZ/ED/EFE switches fit oilcooled motors, I had one on my B12 engine, connected to EFE clocks. I think 850 ones are the same size.

Only needs a re-arrangement of the pins in the connector because the switch drum turns the other way round.

EFE switches 100% fit. Ive done a couple now

Think the gs125 fits as well and Les than a tenner from China land.

Gs650 is smaller about 25mm instead of APX 35mm where the o ring fits.

thats the small diameter GN/TU.

Not compatible on oil cooled bikes

the one featured by @TJSthat fits his 400 is also the same smaller diameter

GS use the small diameter

All GSX and GSXR 750/1100 OC+WC, and Bandit 600-1200 use the large diameter and can be swapped over

I will keep my eye open, I sent the so called ez one back to the seller. 

Not having a go at anybody, as I can't say which will and won't fit, so I'm relying on you OSS members who do know

Only if Suzuki San decided to create a whole new shifter drum! Easier to shrink a piece of plastic whilst keeping SD machining pattern the same! I think you'll find a Hayabusa has a similar PCD of contacts but different plastic moulding and electronics (more suited to EFI integration)
