Spa endurance 2019

Recommended Posts

Well, originally I intended to come to Spa to cover the Rooster Racing team in the 4hr endurance race. I applied for a press pass and it was accepted.

Don Hill and Rooster Racing are running 2 bikes this year with 6 riders and a team of 18 people. Don was going to manage one of the teams himself but he wants to be able to concentrate on the  bikes so he has asked me to manage one of the teams in his stead.

This means my article will now be from inside the action.

Wish us all luck.

I rode accross France last week and it was 40 degrees. Imagine  a giant hair dryer pointed at you for 8 hours.

What’s a hair dryer? ;)

Good luck!

Here's hoping that you have a wonderful, fast and stress free week.

There is good chance it will be fast but based on my first 24hr as team 81 manager the stress comes with the territory but that's down to the organisers :D

I will be writing a more comprehensive account of the weekend for our news page so I'll keep this short.

After an amaizing weekend Rooster Racing got a 3rd and 4th place in the open class. What a pleasure and an honour it was to be part of that experience.

Go Rooster Racing! Go Winged Hammers!
