  1. hows it all going, Anymore updates.....
  2. U need to work out the PCD and then look up the brake discs catalogues with the dimensions. Bearing diameters are easy enough and cheap to change thru a bearing shop, just buy new bearings with the correct inner diameter. easy peasy https://ate-uk.com/how-to-measure-pcd/
  3. ahhhh yeah forgot bout these guys, they do some nice stuff
  4. whats next to do Yann.....? Are you going to paint the carbon...? I would paint the blue stripes on it and leave the rest carbon....
  5. i totally agree, they def look out of place.....but as a qik option to upgrade front calipers its def worth a go. I had EBC GPFAX pads with ZX10 calipers and PFM iron discs. On the track they performed just as good as anything ive had in the performance market.
  6. PFM in the UK do a axial to radial conversion kit....
  7. Fantastic.....hows the build coming along, anymore updates...?
  8. i think urve made the right choice. blue/white will sell fast. As will the blk/sil in my opinion....
  9. Tank is very similar to the W model, and prob bout the same 17-18lt size, as far as the frame i dont think it would have alot of flex so pretty more suited to the track id think.
  10. luv finding old stuff like that....should frame it and stick it in the shed
  11. yeah thats what i was going to go for as well Duncan. I wont be pushing anymore than 150-155 out of her. but i keen to see how it performs on track. How do you find it...?
  12. This cheap....!!!!!! and if ur not fussed about new ones u can find second hand ones on yahoo japan auction site for less. Yeah sure u pay shipping and taxes on top but still works out cheaper than a hooker on high street.
  13. sucks to hear dude.....its always the same story, ppl have no idea. I hope u salvage something from it. for 300 bucks at least u have a frame and bits u can sell off. Everything is becoming more and more rare for these things atm.
  14. Yep sometimes its worth shopping around. I buy my TMR's from japan. alot cheaper than buying them here. Bike is coming along great , i wanna see these colours bolted up.
  15. was about to say the same thing....but thats impossible
  16. Not at all, i think the white frame is perfect, yeah sure repaint it at some point but leave it white. If anything paint the ignition cover blk to match the clutch cover and put a smaller single KC Daylighter headlight on it with a yellow cover
  17. Just awesome.... Luving the white wheels and frame, compliment each other really well. shame the forks arnt blk.
  18. Yeah sorry i meant poly26 not Rofidal. I just edited the post a few secs ago. It really depends on how much flex they have. if they wave around like a flag, then painting them is a pain in the ass and they will crack at the bends every time there fitted or removed. Laying another sheet of glass fibre inside will make it stronger but might also stiffen it alittle to the point it might not fit the shape u want. Another way to brace the fairings to the fittings is to rivet a small alloy piece around the mounting hole. As u can see here on the nose fairing, the alloy piece is colour matched but it supports the mounting point on the clylinder head, same goes for the tail section near the footpeg heelplate
  19. yeah that sucks......the only other guys i know that do something close is Poly26. As im sure u know, are in france. The other person who might have something is Dave at HiFibre in wakefeild England (near Leeds). Yoshi replica fairings are hard to get, its a shame Jason fibreman dosnt do them, cause his fairings are top notch.
  20. What Mark said. Highly recommend Ignitech. Have them on all my bikes. they have different versions for all applications. the basic version for a 4stroke is alot cheaper than a Dyna (which are shit in my opinion) and has an adjustable rev limiter and iginition curve.
