  1. 750 and 1100 top and side panels are totally different. The steel mounting frame is also different between models. Seat units and belly pans are the same
  2. 2004 onwards mikuni bsr36ss is 100 main jet.
  3. Couple of pics - from suzuki hot up gsxr manual. Catch tank of my bandit
  4. May have to change the oil cooler pipes as well as some gsxr motor had banjo bolt going upwards and not horizontal at the front like a bandit.
  5. Personally I would put new O rings on the rubbers and run the air box if the rest is stock. My 750L has a race can airbox and runs fine with no flat spots. Mates 750M has no airbox and he can't get to run quite right low down. Many years ago I had one with dual K&N filters and that ran like a sack except for flat out, but saying that back then I was young and stupid and hadn't a clue on setting up carbs.
  6. How did you get round rod #2 or #3 catching the cases?
  7. Yes I think that's better English. A guy actually wanted 13 but never came back. Yes Gav is keeping 007. 35 ish frames about now. I'm the only idiot to bring one back for crash damage Cullinoc more pictures please!
  8. Cool, I've got frame number 12. He never made a no13 frame.
  9. Not going to make a mechanical scavenge pump that fits on the ignition cover by any chance...?
  10. Yes is it the L/M 750 motor? Should be able to make something up. Extend the pull peice that sits in centre of the pressure plate the same amount as you space the cover out.
  11. did I not see somewhere on here where someone cut the centre part out of the slabby arm and fitted into the slingshot arm so the stock shock / link was retained ?
  12. lots of companies do caps . I've got a Harris performance one on my bandit.
  13. td 04 turbos all use the same exhaust side wheel . The turbine housings( exhaust ) vary on size and shape . Volvo are probably most compact . Compressor wheels vary and so do the housings . Td04 13 (basic scooby )mate uses loads of them to turbo mx5 cars and they do 250hp at the wheels on the dyno . Get an old one off the bay then purchase a new core for £150 then swap over off you go .
  14. I'm a little confused at the moment? Yes you will have 12+ on the red wire all the time . Orange should only have 12when ignition is on . I'm assuming you have tested this at the alternator plug ( alternator unplugged) ? Which brown wire are you referring to ? And what's the problem with the bike ?
  15. not sure, the hole in the middle is m10x1.00 .
  16. you got it off me . Its a braided steel pressure gauge kit for bandit / gsxr just bolt up and off you go I never bled the air out or anything
  17. , its not made it onto the queens highway as of yet .
  18. those plugs are normally a bastard to get out . I end up with a centre punch on the edge tapping it round . You could drill out the standard plug then get a peice of hex bar and put the required thread in the middle and tig weld it to the original plug .
  19. one of my mates managed to drill the gearbox output shaft with a battery drill and a good quality drill bit .
  20. be easy to get rid of the immobilizer , normal break the signal to the start solenoid and feed to the cdi box . Electrics was on one of them . Keep it and tidy it up , there is plenty of rough ones for chopping up
  21. just need to drill and tap the end of the output shaft m6.
  22. I would say they would be the same as only the swingarm length changed between the 2 ?
  23. just a multi layer steel gasket will be fine . I've used one for about 10 years no problem.
