  1. when i converted my 1200 bandit engine to cable it was light as fuck, only 2 fingers needed.
  2. buy a mechanic's stethoscope which are cheap as chips or use a long screwdriver up against the engine, it will help pinpoint the area where the noise is coming from. I have an earlier GSX750 and my engine is quiet as a mouse.
  3. I put a B6 front wheel in a set of GSX1100E forks, the OEM spacers where bored out to take the B6 spindle and speedo drive. the disc's are close to the inside of the legs but enough room to be safe. had to make calliper mount brackets for callipers. with a bit of jiggery pokery anything is possible
  4. Have you thought about the tyre ? is it worn ? is it the right size ? would a different size make a difference ?

  6. very rich !!!!! try screwing the fuel screw in a bit.
  7. they look stamped to me not etched !!!!! just not very deep. ive seen some dodgy stamped numbers on new 80's bikes they are a lot neater now though.

the 600/650 bandit swingarms look identical so im pretty sure they'll fit, you can even fit a 1200 bandit swinger to a 600.

might help if we know what bike you are talking about ?
  22. It depends on where its leaking, if its leaking inside the venturi of the carb then its likely to be the float valve, if its coming from the top of the float bowl (where the gasket is) then it could be the gasket, but if the carbs are sat upright (float bowl horizontal) the fuel shouldn't get that far up !!!! also check the pipes connecting the carbs together.
  23. any, all the same, 2000 on they had a hole in the cover for the speedo sensor.
  24. silly boy hopefully they won't leak
