Maybe a sticking starter clutch sprag? Just thing out loud, dunno what engine we are talking about. Cleaning the inside of the starter motor can help to, new grease, clean collector, correctly spaced / shimmed stator...al those things help to het a aged starter back to life under load.
  13. Welcome... Lots of old members / experience on here. Nothing wrong with your English, I can understand it perfectly
  14. https://www.carmo.nl/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=493_4686_2258_2405&products_id=2157&language=en there are companies who sell replacements. This one also diagnoses and repairs original CDI's https://www.carmo.nl/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=497_663_2258_2405 Not cheap .. but still better than unobtainable
  15. Or the titty bar....
  16. Just thinking out loud... Since it does rev with the air cleaner inlet partially covered.... Basically altering the air / fuel ratio. Have you checked the airbox for leaks or even a filter? Because it sounds abit like what I did once... In a hurry I didn't fit the filter and the bike would only rev when I pulled the choke.
  17. I think the gpz fuel rail accepts gsx1400 injectors. I have a spare set you can try for size...If needed.
  18. Well.... I had a gsf1200 -first gen- Once. Bought it well neglected and incomplete. Because of bits missing I ended up with original b12 headers mated to a link pipe plus muffler of a r1....The 60mm type That combo put out 121...127bhp depending on rolling road and weather conditions. And yes..the pink / wheelie wire was disconnected to. On the previous version of oss...There was a thread" show your dyno chart".... maybe it still exists? Just to prove it is possible

The thick wire from the starter motor goes to the starter solenoid. There is no negative or ground wire of the start motor. It grounds via the 2 bolt that clamp the starter to the casing. The thick cable on the minus from the battery goes to the back of the engine - top side. ( near the starter area) There is a tad longer casing bolt which holds the negative wire to the casing. This is general suzuki info not specific for a slabby.
