  1. I'd be surprised if there's even 1/2cc difference between the damaged combustion chamber and the good ones once cleaned up.
  2. I'd just clean it up and use it as it is, shouldn't be a problem.
  3. You can run a breather pipe straight out of the back but a tank in-between is better.
  4. Any one ever fitted RS carburettors to an GSX1100 EFE and retained the standard air box.
  5. Took the Magnum Turbo to Suzuki live at Caldwell Park where @gsxr884kindly adapted the turbo oil feed pipe to fit the one way check valve I'd forgotten to bring but @Bowjust happened to have one in his van. Happy days and a great weekend
  6. The one I have is Tomasz MK1 version they have a pit bike oil pump inside that you can get for a tenner of the bay of E. I have a MK2 version on the way from another site member.
  7. I could call in to help you get the bike's on you trailer Friday afternoon while I'm on my way in if you're stuck.
  8. Dymag's came from a mate the same mate I got the Turbo Scratchers frame (NWS frame) from a few years ago. He's an interesting man he's sold some of his bikes of recently and still has a different 1100 Sabsid to ride every day of the week. How cool is that
  9. That don't bother me as you know I just make it fit what I want but all the basics are there with most second hand kits it just saves lot of work.
  10. Think Pete Field is charging about £1700 nowadays. I just got a second hand one for £800 + a cylinder head.
  11. Hiya Jimbo, was in the company of one similar to yours at the weekend.
  12. Great afternoon glad you made it @DezzaWe like pictures I know
  13. Be a good idea to fit new O rings to the head as well.
  14. There's a Harris owners club meeting come show at Squires biker cafe near Leeds this coming weekend 1st and 2nd of July. I plan on having a ride down Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon if anyone would like to look at Harris's. All welcome.
  15. Keep it all tight, bearings will do work.
  16. Worked better than the worn out chain did lol.
  17. The one in the picture was done in 3 sections. So long as the tube is a snug fit I can't see it been a problem.
  18. I used sleeves on 20mm wheel spindle in a JMC swinging arm with a MK1 busa back wheel.
