  1. @imagoas has been said think about your suspension setup its worth spending money there as well, makes a world of difference in the real road going world
  2. 58 now and the 260hp light weight Harris is a joy to ride. The power is just some thing you get used to, just means you don't have to thrash the bike to play with modern stuff
  3. he's right you know, be very careful using a impact driver
  4. Centurion Motorcycle Projects might be the man to ask
  5. Your drawing is basically right for the bar feed.
  6. I used one of them fancy oil returns form the head cooler to the cam cover on the Harris. The feed comes from the crank cases like in Daves pictures
  7. Generally 1mm is good sometimes 1.5mm. As @Paulmdescribed in a banjo bolt in the feed supply to the turbo.
  8. Does sound like the oil can't get away. Have you got a restrictor in the feed.
  9. ME, never heard that said before, not
  10. Wondered about doing the butterfly seals but never bothered.
  11. Won't be far off if it don't fit I have EF and ET if you need anything measuring bud.
  12. You need to adjust all lock-up clutches none are ever the same twice.
  13. Ask @Gsxrsamnicely he has some in a draw
  14. My big valve flowed heads on my turbo bikes make more power than the standard heads. The better these engines can breath the better in my opinion (air cooled & oil cooled) . Your only looking to make 200hp so just turn the boost up

You have now I've cut down drill bits to make push rods before Recon the seal will fix it
  18. Some don't have bends (not sure which ones though). Also Venhill will make you some up or you could buy one of their kits and make your own
