  4. The basic engine work is pretty simple all you need are some mk1 busa pistons a rebore, lock-up clutch, spacer plate for clutch case or modified case and a Cometic head gasket. Then just get Pete or Dave to knock you a turbo kit up or make your own simple
  5. I like the gsx1100f cams but I believe the L cams are very similar.
  6. In other news I have discovered today that my reserve only has about 5 miles going steady it has HD hi-flow tap fitted which my pal Will pointed out HD's generally have wide tanks not like the back of a mag 4 styleli tank

  8. No. It's W reg not on a Q aparntly you can not do it with Q registration.

  14. I have a 600 engine some where, I'll have a measure to compare with my 1200 tomorrow. As @davecarahas pointed out the 650 ones with 2 sets of rubbers will probably fit.

    Does a gs1000 motor bolt straight into a gs750. A mate was asking me and I'm not sure.
  16. Big revs can snap crank's, be careful.
  17. I've use Kent Street cams (SUZ7) with standard cam wheels and slotted ones. Takes a while to dail them in lots of mathematics involved.
  18. Yes you need to be a member of the VJMC which costs. A good friend lent me his identity so didn't need to although I would have joined. Fill the form in pay a small charge if I remember correctly. Then wait your turn.
  19. I did the parade laps last year on my Harris, had to go through the VJM to do it.
