Hotter fan heater + gt85 or wd40. Sit astride the bike to wobble, force the carbs into there home
-
M16x1.5mm I believe.
-
I also use Torques UK for my oil fittings and other stuff
-
@Ben Slabbygave me this, cheers mate. We don't know who made it but it's made of 5mm plate, so that answers my own question

Been thinking about the light's a lot. Now the 5" ones are 500g each and the 4" one's are 200g so the 4" one's I will be using just because of the weight saving. Now I mocked them up higher and further forward more like the look of Hoover although there smaller. I quite like this look so think it'll be staying.

Bought new gears 20 odd years ago for my brand new b12 after owning it a couple of years, seem to remember them been £120 which was a lot god knows what they will cost now. Get the cases welded up and find some good second hand gears is what I would do.

As said above 2nd and 5th gear dogs are rounded off usually caused by too many wheelie's.

Ta, fairy close to me as well

Where's a good place to get a turbo char serviced in the UK ? I need a billet wheel balancing for a IHI VF23.
-
It's a weird one I think, I've never been able to get rid of the slight miss on the Turbo Scratcher at around 3500 revs but it can be ridden round by dropping a gear or accelerating through it and it's been on 4 different dynos. I know @Allspeedshad the same problem on his gsxr Turbo and he's got his own Dyno. Yours isn't a Turbo I know but it's the same rev area that its doing it.
-
Not good. Ones I've seen have usually been punchy on the edge of the threads to stop the nut coming undone ?
-
It's not a good idea if the front wheel can touch the turbo. Don't ask me how I know I just do
-
That's exactly what I was thinking as well Was just a little concerned about swarf when drilling it out.
-
All the ones I've seen are blocked. Have wondered about tapping into this for turbo oil feed or external cam oil feed.

Yea the ones on the Harris get a few vibes on

Longer screw he says, good idea

Light mounts I made wouldn't work with the new light so I've just altered the mounts the new lights came with.

The more I work on this bike the more I like it and I have a vision in me head what it'll look like when finished. Can't wait to ride it .
