  1. Cheapest thing to do would be daile the cams in skim the head then get it flowed with good exhaust and carbs setup well.
  2. @Rene EFE which bits do you need to fit a sling swinging arm into a slabby.
  3. My mate got fittings for his standard teapot cooler from as above torques UK.
  4. May be different to yours, but a few years ago I had the same problem and all it turned out to be was the choke cable was to tight. so the choke was on a little all the time.
  5. I would not consider myself an expert on turbo bikes even though I have one, but that looks a little small for a B12 lump. Also going to need fuel regulator scavenge pump boost gauge among other bits n pieces.
  6. As you know Rene anything will fit with a bit of adjustment, but the easy option is to sell me the swinging arm .
  7. Peterr yes I would like drawings of the engine mounts. What did you do to the fuel tap ? Am thinking about bracing the frame, upside down forks, wheels, brakes might keep the swinging arm as it has a wp shock fitted. Paint is really good but there are some cracks in the side panels, some one has glassed the back of the panels for strength.
  8. It's about standard apart from frame paint, stands like this at the moment. Did you use the back bottom engine mount for a starting point Peterrr ?
  9. Looks really good that dose. Got mine about a month ago brought it home in the back of my audi a3.
  10. Got any more pics of your popup katana Peterrr ? reason I ask is I got one recently and am thinking of putting a oil cooled motor in it or big bore the standard engine. I have a cable clutch conversion on a 1052 motor and the clutch pushrod length on that one is 90mm.
  11. Even some of the red bits are not et but are efe.
  12. What about the ultimate et from mr strangeways.
  13. You got that one spot on. The more I look at this the better it looks and it looked good the first time I looked at it. Love the et light, IT,S COOL man
  14. What is the belly pan of wraith ?
  15. Nice build, like your ideas, looking forward to seeing what you do with it next.
  16. Looks great to me but if it were mine it would have a different can on it.
  17. Great work looks really good, Have you got a link for the profiles.
  18. My 1100 efe also has a sebring flat collector box and down pipes, its got quite a big bore as well.
  19. Was not really sure where to put this my self as it looks air cooled to me but I have read that it has more in common with the oil cooled motors, that don't really matter to me. But I have got hold of a 750es piston without stripping the good motor and the gudgeon pin appears to be 18mm.

    15-42

Why ? is running 16/42 not the same as 15/45 as near as dammit ? and if it is Rene only needs to change the front sprocket which is a lot cheaper than a custom back one.
  21. Should I maybe have put this in oil cooled ?
  22. I do Sam. Quite like the look of the little es in the pop kat.
  23. Am looking into big boring a gsx 750 es on the cheap, so am wondering what the gudgeon pin size is ? I know the 750 es pistons are 63mm and slabby 750 is 70mm according to what I have read, but don't know the pin size.
