  4. The OEM ones on my 1216 are still nice and flexible but i always end up using a strap to Get the RS38,s back on I think its the lack of room between float bowl and alternator / hump on cases that makes the RS's hard work I've never had issues getting CV's on

  14. Yes you buy a complete 600 blandit disconnect the 600 engine from the sprocket cover then bolt your 1200 engine to it
  15. There are about 5 covers on evil bay uk advertised as 1100 ...4 are definitely 750 ones that said there is a very nice 750 one for £30

  19. You could get a body from Allens Performance it won't be cheep thou What size are they ...i have some odd body's from a fire damaged bike
  20. stock ones won't but i used a micron 4 - 2 - 1 on a oil boiler and used a k sump
  21. Its my understanding that a 750 cover on an 1100 equals no oil to crank ...so based on that then yes you need to plug the hole in 1100 cases to retain oil pressure if fitting a 750 cover ... That's assuming I,ve understood Joe Marshalls posts on faceache
  22. And don't be fooled into fitting a 750 cover without blocking the cover hole either
