Swiss Toni Posted July 13, 2017 Posted July 13, 2017 (edited) Looking to fit similar type filler to big UK spec ET tank. Has anyone on here done it? Any 'photo's? Where can these fillers be got? Edited July 13, 2017 by Swiss Toni Fergot photee! Quote
dupersunc Posted July 13, 2017 Posted July 13, 2017 The pictured filler is an RCD/ Racefit Item. Newton Equipment do Pukka endurance fillers. Quote
Paulm Posted July 13, 2017 Posted July 13, 2017 I've looked into this for my spare ET tank, racefit are £650 fitted or £450 to buy and fit yourself, it's on my winter to do list. Quote
Blubber Posted July 13, 2017 Posted July 13, 2017 Atl do them also. Endurance style, twin filler, dry break.. Those are the most used names for them. Quote

Blubber Posted July 14, 2017 Posted July 14, 2017 (edited) Sure @Rene EFE http://www.atlltd.com/tank-2-fia-dual-female-dry-break-valve.html When lost.... its item number 79 - Female Dry Break Valve Dual 2” Tank Mount ( RE-AG-020 ) page 3 on their product guide. http://www.atlltd.com/product-guide.pdf Pretty sure there are more options / brands out there. vizman Posted July 14, 2017 Posted July 14, 2017 they do look trick as feck.....but i'd rather spend that kinda money on something more useful.... .....like forged pistons or drugs or suspension etc etc 4 Quote
Blubber Posted July 14, 2017 Posted July 14, 2017 Can't agree more mr Vizman. Btw.. Bigger pistons already sourced... going 1692cc with a gsx1400 motor... which might even end up in a fully faired GSX1100EF frame 3 Quote
Mar71n Posted July 14, 2017 Posted July 14, 2017 This is another option. http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motorsport/refuelling/atl-female-refuelling-valve I`m working on a cunning plan to operate one inlet so you can refill at a usual road side pump. If your interested PM me. Quote
Sheep Posted July 14, 2017 Posted July 14, 2017 I made mine....cost me a few quid in material but much more in time/labour....Its simply a quick release filler cap and a dummy next to it.I had no need for the real McCoy but wanted the look.. I love the Racefit stuff but I don't have that sort of money, besides I like to experiment and it's satisfying to boot. 5 Quote

Swiss Toni Posted July 14, 2017 Author Posted July 14, 2017 The Tank Shop???? He had my Mag2 frame, engine and 36mm Flatslides for a year. He made an electrics tray that didn't fit, a tank that looked nothing like what I asked for, was a piss poor fit anyway. My carbs were full of cement when I finally got them back. I wouldn't trust the man. Every time I called him, he had some excuse. Twat! 1 Quote
