Ground control to major tom (sorry couldn't resist) You'll also need a fuel pressure gauge (to compare with the boost while riding), a wideband sensor and AFR gauge, and probably also a scavenge pump for the turbo oil drain. The oil feed to the turbo is best taken from the plug at the end of the main galery (under the ignition pickup cover) with a restriction in it. Whatever budget you have in mind, multiply it by 2 and you will get close.
