  1. didn't you mean Tanks? I'll get me coat
  2. Hi and welcome. You're our first member from South America if I'm not mistaken. I'm not sure but I don't think 750 and 1100 forks are compatible.
  3. compared to my B12 engine, the 750L's intake ports are around 10-15mm higher.
  4. all rubbers from 36-carbed bikes would fit, GSX-R750 J/K, 1100 K/L, B12 Mk1, and probably a few others. But the 750 J/K rubbers will get the carbs positioned at the right angle/height, B12 ones won't, about 1100 ones I'm not sure.
  5. Depends on air filter configuration, fuel tap placement, etc. If it's a stock 750 engine in a 750 frame I would think '88-'89 GSX-R750 rubbers would be fine.
  6. I was talking about the Brembos
  7. Black paint would indicate GSX-R1000. Busa ones are gold IIRC.
  8. so what's the problem? Just order Teapot plates.
  9. yes it's very nice. Just not the kind of thing I would buy, but what matters is that you like it.
  10. R engine code means 700-749cc.
  11. drain all the oil, then the clutch will be dry.
  12. so what modifications are planned? Suspension? Wheels? Turbo?
  13. yes looks to me like an SV engine, modified clutch/water pump cover.
  14. and happy birthday to you now get back to the shed
  15. just push it in the canal. Tell me where though.
  16. shocks are better mounted on studs, not bolts. With bolts the forces on the thread are quite big and it can start unscrewing itself, once it's a bit loose it breaks easily. No such problems with studs. The nut at the end is just there for preventing the shock from moving sideways and the forces in that direction are almost zero. HD's V-Rod is a good example of how it should not be done.
  17. Wilkommen. That white one looks quite good.
  18. probably not just cider involved there. Nice bike.
