  1. Just need to check with you lot, the gsxr750 that had the 38mm carbs was the 90/91 l/m models? Just will need 4x rubbers and what to make shore I get the right one's
  2. Hi and welcome to OSS. All depends on what you call bolt strate in? Most Suzuki ( gsxr) f/ends use the same barrings and will go strate in apart form you may need to look at/adapted the lock stops. The only f/end I know of that you cannot is the bandits as the stem is longer.
  3. Thanks all. Yes I have seen the plate on eblag and thought the same thing
  4. I take it the pairs holes are the slot holes under each zorst ex ports?
  5. B12 barrels mk1 and mk2 what the difference? Can you put mk2 on a mk1 bottom end?

    Jets

Any numbers on it? It is a pilot jet, but numbers will help.
  7. Has anybody put the gsx1100 36mm carbs on a gs1000? ( I would think someone out there has ) Will they fit with the standard gs1000 CV carb rubbers or do you need other type of rubbers? Anything else I need to know with this mod? Cheers.
  8. Nice one all, just asking as I was having a look at one of the projects the oilcooled gs550 ie a gs550 kat with b6 motor, and it seems low on companion so looking at oppositions. Cheers for the replays and not bumping it off
  9. Ok, don't tell me off for this but which gsxr750 barrels fit a mk1 b6 ? Thanks.
  10. Is this why we like the mk1 engines better And welcome to oldszinio
  11. You can use the gsx750f carbs on any of the oil cooled motors just used the gsx750f carb rubbers as well. I know the zorst of the 750 will fit other 750 and the 600 but the down pipe's are shorter than the 1100 and b12 ones, but never tryed swopping the sumps etc. Had yours gone bang? If so and its got a DOT head get a b12 motor put the DOT head off your 750 on it and have some fun
  12. Try blandit owner and rtfr
  13. Pics of mine, cheep to do
  14. Just to add my bit I've put can to cam links on one of my bikes, by using the standard can end bolts and drilling and tapping them to fit the standard m10 banjo bolt, then cutting and re-tapping the thread of a m10 banjo bolt to the m8 size on the can cover side hole. I then used the standard size brake line hose. A local machine shop could do this for you for not a lot of cash.
  15. The Suzi customs r/wheels will fit the GS shaft 850/1000 and 1100 not shore of front, vx800 rear also fit strate in not tryed the gsx1100g anything bigger than a 4.5" rim will not go in the standard swing arm unless you go down to a 15" rim
  16. 80bhp is not to bad, I had a gs1000g with a 1085 kit ported head and gsx1000 kat carbs and it put 97bhp rear wheel on the dyna.
  17. Gray711 that GS looks very nice
  18. Looks very nice has the rear end/seat length been cut shorter?
  19. Hi and welcome to OSS. Yes you can use your rear bottom mounts and make up new front and top rear mounts, you may need to make zorst extensions for the down pipes, swing arm gsxr slingshot and b12 have the same spindle most Suzuki head stock berring are the same. Sorry that's for the 1000 If you have a good look through the project bit you will find lost of info.
  20. Cheers, is the KOC site back up and running now?
  21. Dose anybody know if the kat 650 seat cover fit the kat 550 seat? I have been told the side panels and tank are bigger on the 650, so is the seat? Cheers.
  22. Was that in Streetfighters years back ?
  23. Dose anybody know it a gsxr ignition switch will fit on a b12 yoke? Reason is I have gsxr harness and b12 yokes, and I know the b12 has 6 wires and the gsxr has 4 or can I leave out 2 of the wires on the b12 switch and so which? Thanks.
