  1. Is there any way of I’d-ing the year of my 750 motor by the number? As in ‘89 Slingie motor from/to and so on, until end of Slingshot run.
  2. If they’re std EFE forks, I have a set of OE bars which are quite low up for grabs.
  3. Off the top of my head, GS750 16V or maybe 750/1100 ET/EX. Hard to come by here, but may be more prolific in US. Welcome to OSS, by the way. And … pictures, or it didn’t happen. The bike! But, we don’t mind pictures of scanty clad girlfriends either!
  4. Bit of work to do there! Will it start?
  5. I was told if I didn’t stop that particular habit, I’d go blind. I said I’d just keep doing it ‘till I needed glasses!
  6. Well, basically any 5.5” rim. Possibly even a SRAD or Busa 6”as well. What size is the one you’ve got fitted?
  7. I think Wiseco recommend a dry cylinder wall on rebuild.
  8. I have a set of 750M ones. You’ll have to decide what front end you want first.
  9. How about M&S, Wemoto ect? And, most Eblag sellers will tell you owt! Trust no-one!
  10. Ooh! Astralite up for grabs???
  11. Surprised to hear the repair kit is proving so hard to get! I'll be needing front & rear kits when I start mine. Don't forget to post your results.
  12. He’s in the Traders, isn’t he? Lucky7. http://facebook.com/luckyseven.motorcycles
  13. Check the ‘Traders’ section. SteveA does cracking work!
  14. Yup! Ball cranks work on very low pressures, while plain bearing cranks need a lot more!
  15. Much better power to weight ratio. Should make a very interesting ‘Sleeper’!
  16. As Daz says above. The basic case shape won’t have much differences, if any. Peripherals May differ, probably not much though. Why don’t you dig into the motor and find out exactly what the problem is. And, welcome to OSS!
  17. As Sam says! Quick and easy. Swap stems, and away you go! You can also improve the Bandit forks easily too. And welcome to OSS. Our motto? ‘We like pictures!’

Anyone know if an RF900 top yoke will work with a Mk1/Mk2 B12 bottom yoke?
  20. Hi Jay. Welcome to the OSS. The 850 is a great bike! Get the tyres and all the fluids changed, then take it for a ride.
