  1. Clutch ....I hate the Diaphram clutch
  2. either TBH but I would use the Blandit as the block has thicker liners and I would also do a coil spring conversion "but that's just me"
  3. Clive,s Blow Thru.......234.08 BHP with a Nice Straight Line Duckndive "Clive" 1216 Draw Thru 239.92 BHP...not quite as Straight its all ways good to see side by side comparison on similar engines ..in fairness Clive Blow thru would most likily make a bit more on Race Gas as mine was running on but "confession" I have never been a Huge fan of slabbies' I like it a great bike well put together as is Rosco,s
  4. Clive & Clive One 1216 Draw Thru and one 1216 Blow Thru
  5. Yes an excellent day and good turnout along with the usual suspects always nice to put faces to new names as well in the cyber age we have these days... Dyno Guy was excellent and very informative well worth the ££ So well done for organising it Paul....
  6. when I put the slider clutch in I split the front callipers to individual cylinders the one that was cable tied to the forks is normaly on the l/hand side and is used for the burnout as holding the brakes on the R/hand and getting it wound up was a bit of a problem ..

  15. I,m doing a friend a favour and dropping some stuff off in Nottingham area on the way the day before I,m afraid Jon you will enjoy the ride you need the practice LoL
  16. There must be a knack to it as I cant see them putting in a part built motor on an assembly line " even back then" Where's Del when you need him ...
  17. Cable choice can make a huge difference to the operation and there are quite a few to pick from.... if you are using the stock EFE perch and lever then the longest OEM cable with straight end and centre adjuster is the way to go. if its a non stock perch and lever then one with a curve formed on the lever end is a better option but some "patten ones" are a little shorter and more difficult to get a smooth curve under the carbs Pics are just 4 cables I had kicking about
  18. Yes the B12 wheel is 5.5 and the B6 is 4.5 However you can fit the 5.5 wheel straight into the B6 arm ....
  19. I,ll bring the drawthru I just need to put a normal clutch in it and if I can squeeze it in van bitza blandit .
  20. I don't have a 2V pump but if you have any dimensions of the internals I can check against the 4V inners
  21. I seen this some ware maybe not pretty but effective clutch slave from a c#r
  22. The pump on the GSX "4v" is different ...although you may be able to use the internals with modification as I think the 2V pump is thinner from memory
  23. Yes it will with a few other bits .. do a search from the main page https://oldskoolsuzuki.info/ for clutch and you will find all the info you need
