clivegto Posted December 14, 2020 Posted December 14, 2020 Gave the indicator plates a bit more shape and made a couple of spacors to move them out a little. 3 Quote
370steve Posted December 14, 2020 Posted December 14, 2020 did the spacer thing with my h/lamp mounted ones, going to do the same with the rear ones 2 Quote
clivegto Posted December 14, 2020 Posted December 14, 2020 Forgot you had done that Steve. Seemed like the logical thing to do to me after sitting looking at it last night with a bottle of beer 1 Quote
clivegto Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 Found this in my stash of stuff, think it's EFE. Anyway the clock's have a gear indicator on them so might as well use it. 5 Quote
clivegto Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 (edited) Got some black titanium banjo bolts in the post today. Devil's in the detail so they say. Edited December 21, 2020 by clivegto 6 Quote
clivegto Posted December 23, 2020 Posted December 23, 2020 Picked the paint up today from @completecaferaceram well pleased with the results thanks Tony. Its candy red and like a silver bronze same colour as the 1000K9 wheels (Suzuki color). Lettering is painted on no stickers. Body work is just sat on for mockup. 10 Quote
Swirl Posted December 23, 2020 Author Posted December 23, 2020 For some reason that actually works, nice Clive 1 Quote
Dezza Posted December 23, 2020 Posted December 23, 2020 Paint looks great. My personal preference would be having the frame the same silvery-bronzy colour as that it the bodywork but each to their own 1 Quote

Personally I think the frame colour takes away from the engineering that has taken place on this bike ! There's one thing for getting noticed but if its all because of rainbow colours then it may be for the wrong reasons ?? For those that know the engineering and build quality it will get all the notice it needs. And with good reason !! 2 Quote
Fazz711 Posted December 25, 2020 Posted December 25, 2020 If you notice the engineering of something then I don't think the paint can distract you 2 Quote

Dezza Posted December 28, 2020 Posted December 28, 2020 Could whoever did the paint spray the frame without having to take the green powder coat off? In other words, could the powder coat be used as a base for paint? If so that would save a whole load of ball ache getting it off. Quote
