  1. its hit and miss with after market float valves, genuine is the way to go if you can afford the bloody prices
  2. what about a stepped top yoke ? its possible to weld two together and then slide the forks down.
  3. do you know anyone you can borrow a CDI off ?
  4. check continuity on the wire from the coil to the CDI first before you start replacing parts.

  8. yeah 600 bandit use a pretty small one, 1200 is a little bit bigger but ok. but what ever one you use get the right oil pipes for that cooler.
  9. the gsxr1100 USD forks are about 15-20mm shorter than the B12 so im guessing the 1100 RWU forks would be the same length as the USD's ?????

  12. yeah i think making a fairing bracket would be the way to go, looking at the seats they look pretty much the same ??? if not then their isn't much between them. their will be a fair amount of modifying as this is (possibly) planed for the inazuma.

  14. does anyone know the difference between a kat 400 and kat 750/1100 bodywork ? i know the 400 tank is about 5L smaller than the 750/1100's . is the seat and fairing smaller as well ?
  15. suzuki cocked up with the mk2 its not a good looking bike they should of kept it a mk1. bin the frame and bodywork and put the rest into an old GS/GSX frame.

  17. whats wrong with the bandit one ?
  18. jack the front end of the bike up so the wheel is off the ground, grab hold of the bottom of the forks and rock back and forth. if you here/feel any movement then adjust till its gone, then turn the bars from lock to lock to make sure everything is smooth.
  19. nothing wrong with B12 forks, but if you want a good handling bike you might want to go for better springs and thicker oil. plus you can use good 4 pot brakes.
