  3. Closest I came to adjustable fork angle was via the tripple trees..... had these on my slingy fighter..... yoshimura made them .
  4. ..... If you have some skills and the tooling / equipment to do the job.... it can be done . I've seen harder fittments before that worked ..... busa motor in a slingy frame for example..... so why not an gsx into a gsf ! Go for it .... those frames are prety common to come by .
  5. " POP " ....... that's the sound of someones bubble being bursted
  6. .....well....37mm tube diameter and notably some of the longest forks on any bike ....just shy from being a chopper.....throw a 16 " wheel on that stopped by single opposed piston calipers and we have a recipe for a top notch front end . not here to but heads ....just aint buying what your selling .
  7. Yeah I got that Rick .....but if you're going to swap out that efe pogo stick front end for "inverted".....that usually comes with a wheel swap ..... swinger and wider rear wheel usualy follow .....
  8. The gsxr 1100 stuff has been done to death..... obsolete and heavy imo..... the newer gsxr stuff with radial style brakes can be made to fit without too much trouble . I do believe the efe frames are wide enough to fit a 6" wheel ..... anghooo anything can made to fit with a little ingenuity !
  9. Always liked this color combo
  10. This used to be a black/charcoal combo (89' 1100)..... got the chop chop ....

  16. It would make a nice coffee table lamp .....
  17. Ok..... as I need to get my plenum sorted and am in the process of getting a design configuration.... I noticed several types using some sort of flow control . As this style is my first attempt and I am not sure of the hole sizes ..... I just don't want to create too much back pressure . Here is what I am starting with ( test piece #1). Oblong hole with radius .... 19 mm x 6 mm ..... quantity of holes not yet determined . I wonder if radiused round holes would be better ?
  18. as long as the lobes line up with the rockers and the cam caps align with the machined portions of the shaft .....don't see any problems there .
  19. You still have air in the system . Even the standard lines have a small amount of firmness . I have found the majority of tiny bubbles hide in the master cylinder ..... give her another go .
  20. When it comes to keeping an oil boiler cool..... there is no such thing as overkill..... 19 row will support more btu's than the 16..... make it fit .
  21. did one on my 1100L .....no problemo .
  22. ahhhhh......one big tight happy family we are !
  23. there are small bendable tabs inside the connector......you can reach them with a small curved awl .....slightly pry the tab and that should fix your issue .
