There was a cushdrive available for PM chicanes..... had 2 sets of wheels and one was without . If you have no cushdrive on yours , then you own race only wheels .....no problem for a race bike as the wheel is in and out several times for tire / gear changes.... but for the stop and go of street riding....No cush is harder on the driveline.... I had a set on my turbo slingy and at some point on a 200+ kph pull .... a couple of the spfocket bolts sheard off and locked the rear wheel against the swingarm...... almost killed me.

You are one lucky bastid ! Thread the flange and Braided hose to the sump..... it needs flex for expansion / contraction.... may save your life

What size is your return line ? Is it above the fuel level in the tank ? Any undo resistance can cause heat build up . I remember having an external pump on my gsxr turbo and it got bloody hot too.... I believe walbro make an in-tank version of your 392.... better option I supose if heat is a major factor . Your fab abilities are good , so I do not see any issues with getting the tank done....just make a large enough pocket to keep from sucking air when the fuel level is lowish .

Sounds expensive ..... especially when using new Suzy parts. Chances are that output shaft is shagged and depending on how bad the bearing was , if that shaft was out of allignment due to that bad bearing ... and spun for any amount of time... it probably aided in a few chipped tranny teeth ....

So..... do these ramair foam pods have some sort of velocity stack inside ? Don't fancy cutting the braces off ..... and the K&N ru2922 's are out if the picture .
