Kid Kearsley
Just chilling having a beer with the bike. When I first built this bike I could of only dreamed of having an intercooled, gtx30, billet block, flowed head, carrillo rods etc etc. Somehow I have been very lucky to obtain these pieces of metal to adorn my bike. To those that have helped, iv borrowed from, stolen from and gained knowledge from, me and the bike both thank you from the bottom of our sumps. Go the Winged Hammers. 13 Quote Link to comment

no class
Goooo git'em kid ! Curious to see what the new gtx turbo puts out . Quote Link to comment
Kid Kearsley
Dave modified the Intercooler pipe for me so it would clear the big block, fitted a scavenge pump minus one fitting on order. Fresh cam cover and that's the engine boxed off asides tuning. Just chain, brake rebuild, rejig of wiring, route fuel hose and bodywork to go. 9 Quote Link to comment
Kid Kearsley
Bit of an air leak. Il find it https://youtu.be/n-AzbgRrPuk 3 Quote Link to comment
Kid Kearsley
Air leak due to a clamp on the side pipe that pinged loose when tightened, il swap them out for more beefy ones. To test I just used some random bad boys lying round in the shed, returns to idle well now. Spent the night routing the fuel system, must of cut out a metre of the previous system. Calipers rebuilt with new pads, tidied up the wiring. Few jobs left yet but hopefully be ready for a test run to donny. 4 Quote Link to comment

Not particularly cheap, but will never be an issue ever again. Quote Link to comment
Kid Kearsley
Those clamps are expensive but the budget says no at the moment. Tonight, another boring bit here, bit there night. New rear pads, back end final assy, scavenge pump bracket made mounted with hoses to suit, calipers on and lubes fitted ready for bleeding. Sprocket, chain, bleed, bodywork and tighten anything that falls off. Cam cover, hose clamps should be here tomorrow. Be another late night tomorrow but hoping to test it this weekend. 5 Quote Link to comment
Kid Kearsley
Suppose that's what you get building to the last minute. Not how I wanted people to see the bike for the first time in its revamp with bits not done but hey ho.. Quote Link to comment
Kid Kearsley
23:50 Untested, unfinished but good enough, I hope to bring Donnington and go for a road test. Best go pack the van. 6 Quote Link to comment

Kid Kearsley
and Been doing some testing recently, carbs on carbs off job but initial testing looking very very promising. Shooting for record numbers. Alot of road testing and one secret dyno pull so far. Loads to come from this new setup. 5 Quote Link to comment
