  1. As said all the lugs and mounting points etc are the same. BUT the naked version has the steering lock on the side of the headstock, faired versions don't.
  2. try new plugs first as FBOB says. They may look fine but still be f@cked, these oilcooled Suzuki's are real picky when it comes to plugs and throw them out for no apparent reason. Starting on a low-ish battery for example can kill the plugs.
  3. all these names ring a bell.... does this show my age?
  4. Never had a B12 stem in my hands but I read everywhere that it's longer than a Slingy one. I could be wrong of course
  5. You're welcome. Now post some pics of your mint Slabby. We like pics.
  6. any car parts store can sell you the relay, it's just a basic one. In automotive electronics technology every connection has its standardised code. These numbers are writen on the relay itself.
  7. before taking it apart, check this out: http://oldskoolsuzuki.info/archives/400
  8. overcharging? Should be 14,5V at the battery, regardless of revs and lights on/off, never more.
  9. B12 barrels base gasket to head gasket is 89mm
  10. things have changed since 2013. For example I also found out that EFE frames are welded on the piss, what fits my bike might not fit yours, the wheel ends up not centered. Actually I completely forgot about me sharing those data in the past because they are probably not accurate and I never shared them since, for that reason. There is info and there is info. But if you are happy with what you found as gospel, then enjoy it.
  11. Teapot pipes also fit (with sump pan swap) but good luck finding a non-rusted through set.
  12. GSX-R 750 J/K has a 4-2 exhaust. Sump pan will need swapping though to fit it on a B6 engine.
  13. I could give you the pictures (still somewhere on my harddisc) but assholes don't do that.
  14. a few non-Suzukis is no problem, as long as they are in the background. Or on fire.
  15. Hi and welcome back. Marketplace will be accessible to you after you make 50 posts. About the 85/86 question... isn't the front wheel spindle or something like that a larger diameter on later bikes? An expert will be along soon.
  16. no they don't. SRAD and later (up to 2004) do.
