find a tap with the outlet facing the way you want it and then just turn the vacuum plate to the position you need, its square so it can be repositioned
i know theirs not a lot of bandit lovers on here but they are starting to go up in price, especially good clean low mileage MK1's. the 95 ( some call pre production) bikes as i said are pretty rare. its a shame its in such a mess as it'll cost a few quid to restore unless you can do it on the cheap.
its not a cable taco !!!!! even if it was a dry cable it wouldn't run slower than the drive from the cam unless the square ends where rounded, or the drive gears where worn.
the cam caps should stay exactly where they came from, they are machined at the factory to be an exact fit and shouldn't be swapped about. ive seen dickheads selling them on eblag separate from the head !!!!!!
