  1. can you reroute the fuel pipe ? doesn't matter if its longer.
  2. find a tap with the outlet facing the way you want it and then just turn the vacuum plate to the position you need, its square so it can be repositioned
  3. 44mm hole spacing is normal for a lot of Suzuki's (some are 50mm) just get a tap off a gsx or something like. they are vacuum and have a reserve.
  4. their is a 01 to 04 in the part numbers on them which points to them being handed, unlike other suzuki's that have two rubbers that are the same.
  5. all I use is a very thin flat blade screwdriver, you have to bend a little tang back so it'll slid out.
  6. does your tap have 3 positions ? like quarter past, half past, quarter too ? or back, down, and forward. if that makes sense.
  7. yeah pretty strange but is no1 the same as say no2 ? or maybe one of the others ? sometimes works that way.
  8. a 1995 also has i think a gsxr swinger and a different oil cooler. no grab rails and i belive they might of been restricted.
  9. i know theirs not a lot of bandit lovers on here but they are starting to go up in price, especially good clean low mileage MK1's. the 95 ( some call pre production) bikes as i said are pretty rare. its a shame its in such a mess as it'll cost a few quid to restore unless you can do it on the cheap.

  13. 1995 models, very rare. has it got bottom engine mounts ? they didn't normally come with them fitted.

  20. its not a cable taco !!!!! even if it was a dry cable it wouldn't run slower than the drive from the cam unless the square ends where rounded, or the drive gears where worn.
  21. yeah ive done the same meanbean, my mate did a major fuck up and to get him out of the shit i had to make another cap fit
  22. the cam caps should stay exactly where they came from, they are machined at the factory to be an exact fit and shouldn't be swapped about. ive seen dickheads selling them on eblag separate from the head !!!!!!
  23. if its electronic i'd be checking and cleaning connections.
