sounds like your master or slave cylinder needs a rebuild. i did away with all that shite and went to a B6 cable set up. it feels much better

many years ago a guy came in and bought a piston for a dt175mx, 2 weeks later he came in again and bought another one. 3-4 weeks after that he was in again for yet another one !!!! so i asked him did he have a problem with the bike, he said no its the N.O. it keeps burning holes in the pistons

i know its a ball ache but when ever ive done plug threads ive always pulled the head off, its just the thought of any cuttings sitting in the combustion chamber, yeah you can use grease but its not a guarantee you won't drop any bits. just my way

i would swap the pulse coils first and the CDI.

might be worth swopping the ignition system off the new bike and trying it on the problem bike, if it runs good then the problem is electrical and you engine is good.

the bandit ones.

looks like the zxr750 and gpx750 ones will fit, ive also found a set of 4 stainless bandit ones cheap enough, i can sacrifice 2 of them and make 2 split ones as my outer 2 are in good nick.

im looking for the split exhaust flanges for my B12 but can't remember which ones fit ??? the 2 centre ones are fecked and need replacing, does anyone know the ones that fit ? 60mm hole spacing. i was thinking gpz900 ???

I use baby oil, they come up really shiny and they are so supple too

dimensions are the same except the offset on the bandit disc's is a few mm less. it would mean using spacers/washers to move the callipers closer to the disc. i had to to this till i got some gsxr disc's then do away with the washers.

yeah good idea, you could sell them a bit cheaper than what suzuki want will be a bit safer than the two blades ive got on mine right now

you can get 2 tires that are the same size but one will look wider. i spoke to our local bike tire fitter a while back and he knew what 180 tires looked wider than others. might be worth talking to someone who knows which ones look the widest. just a thought.
