  1. Welcome! Be aware, looking in the projects section will definitely cost you money!
  2. They're probably flat as a pancake. Usually are!
  3. I suppose most 4 pots can be made to fit. Directly, by 'massaging' either the caliper or fork mounting points. Or by shimming in or out. If the caliper(s) you've found need mounting brackets to fix to the forks, tape a length of welding wire to the outer circumference of the disc, to give caliper clearance. Position caliper in preferred position, against wire. A big help here is adapting a banjo bolt to take an airline fitting. Apply air, and caliper will remain in place while you make your cardboard template. It goes without saying, you need to make sure the wheel doesn't turn whilst you're doing this! Edit: You could also rig up and use the bikes hydraulics as opposed to air. Just sayin'!
  4. Assuming you're talking 1100 ET? Don't know if the same fix that CC did on his EFE would apply to the ET forks. On his std. forks, he fitted spaced out 4 pots, with 17" wheel, running 1100 Teapot discs. If no go on the ET forks, go EFE forks and do CC's fix, or go complete B12/RF900 front ends.
  5. Yet fitting a 750M in my Mag 2 showed the stem to be too short! Had to get it cut, slugged & welded. Harris supplied modified top bearing. Fit no bother then!
  6. Nice clean looking bike. Should have kept hold of it. Welcome to OSS.
  7. Nothing stopping you. But, they'll be tight! Good fitting screwdriver a must. New ones for re-assembly! Oh, and mark plates back/front, top/bottom and carb number! And put some support at the staked side so you don't distort the carrier plate when unscrewing!
  8. Get another cover, Jan. They're prone to leak from there at the best of times!
  9. Have a chat with Mr Upperton or Chris Applebee!
  10. Take the oil filler cap off, and have a good sniff for petrol fumes.
  11. Get ahold of @bruteforceHe turbo'd a big Oilcooled in a 550 frame, iirc. He may have also gone to 6" on the rear end too? Can't remember ... long time ago!
  12. Spacing probably the same, downpipes will be slightly longer to clear sump.
  13. People are starting to 'latch on' to the potential of these. Tidy it up and ride it. After all, we're not in it for the money ... are we!
  14. I seem to remember @Quistwas doing them at one point?
  15. They crop up from time to time. I got my G one for £20. 25mm longer than the F!
  16. Pleased to see you're 'back on it'! Won't be long before it's done.
