  1. Those covers are always something to tread warily around. Short spanner recommended! And welcome!
  2. Yes, but which clocks? I am in the same boat, but want to keep the std. r/c face. Using 1100 Teapot motor.
  3. Clean the tank flange, then just run a bit (a bit) of silicone sealant into the bead, and press it on.
  4. @WagolaHe’s sorted now, but thanks for the heads up!
  5. Mine were also blue. But the paintwork was blue/white. Same as Sean Brogden’s. One coat of black Raven Oil ... and Robert’s your Mothers Brother!
  6. Just get some leather dye, and dye it.
  7. Make sure you get all the shit out of the seat. Rotary brush on the Bkack & Decker works well!
  8. I thought they were bonded onto the t piece?
  9. That’s a BIG lump of rubber!
  10. Pictures, or it didnae happen!
  11. Check out ‘Frankensteins Pages’ in The Vault. All you need to know is in there. And more besides!
  12. Best thing to do with it ... Give it a coat of red lead, go to the nearest wide stretch of water, try to hit the opposite bank with it! Just sayin'!
  13. Why not? If you haven't got a bench, it'll save your back!
  14. Nice and clean looking! Good find!
  15. I'll have a scout about! It's for an 'Old Skool' mate, so 'Old Skool' he don't do 'puters!
  16. Robinson’s. 01227 454366 -10% disc. Or on here?
  17. Sound advice from Dezza! If you haven’t got the sockets & extensions, try it with the spring in, leg fully assembled, first. Usually gives you just enough friction to come undone, compressing the spring further gives you more! Don’t forget to renew the alloy washer under the bolt head. And use thread lock on assembly.
  18. Is there anyone out there still making them?
