  1. Any powdercoater will come pretty close.
  2. And they all RTFR ... probably!
  3. And this is how the spring is located on the peg, if you've had it off.
  4. Check my post in Harrii's thread.
  5. Try this! And put a new circlip on that shaft!
  6. And remember ... pictures, or it didn't happen!
  7. You'll get all the spares you need from Robinsons Foundary. You'll also get a better response if you go to 'General', and introduce yourself ... just saying! And, welcome to OSS.

    PCD

750 and 1100 Teapot owners. Can you measure the carrier to disc PCD. Not disc to hub PCD. This is front discs only! Cheers.
  9. Sling it ... buy a Hagon unit!
  10. @AdeYou ever thought of posting a 'cable making' tutorial up?
  11. I'd stick with thin coats of paint. as we all know, they're a bastard to seal properly at the best of times! I think powder coat may interfere with the seating of the o rings.
  12. What a difference! Good job!
  13. You may find there are subtle differences in both sets of crankcases. If this isn't so, strip the clutch out and remove the blanking/lock plates bridging the case halves. Make sure you've got all the bolts out. You can then strip the bottom case away from the top. I'm not so sure a kickstart will fit a 'non kickstart' crankcase! Wouldn't it be easier to fit your top end to the kickstarted bottom end?
  14. I had the same problem with the 'ears'. Cleaned them and the housings with contact cleaner, few dabs of silicone in the recesses. Weight the cover down on a flat surface until set. Job jobbed!
  15. You'll have to go carefull if you're thinking about using NPT plug. It's tapered. Over tightening will crack the sump. More trouble! Go with the Wurth stuff, as the boys say. Better idea, better job!
