I have a 1980 Suzuki Gs 1000 g An day I wanted to swap the original forks to an inverted fork. can anyone with knowledge please share a newer model of gsxr ( what year please and CC ) will work ? Sorry if this is a stupid question to some , I’m still learning about this bike Andy I don’t have much experience with vintage bikes . I know many will say go with chain but I was given this bike from a family member and I would like to do this conversion .

Hey guys and gals new to the forum ,, i have a 1980 Suzuki GS 1000 g ( shaft drive ) i am doing a rebuild on Andy I want to change the front forks to an upgraded INVERTED FORK can anyone please help me to know what newer GSXR or possibly Katana May fit my project ?
