  12. Hi, wouldnt you be better of degreeing the cams in properly,and while your at it check how much lift you have on them. youl need a degree wheel and positive stop, check on internet of how to dial them in. Cheers SRR

  15. Try shotblasting them first, when they are rough they grip the fibres better. Also what are you clutch springs like? Cheers SRR

  19. Going for the 24 volt for starting works well, my 13 to 1 bike starts really well on this and spins over really easily. This is also running total loss ignition, and lasts a day of racing. I would try this first. Cheers SRR
  20. Or as I have done on my 13 to 1 bike, run two batteries with 24 volts to the starter( batteries connected is series with 12 volt of one and 24 v off both)turns over real quick and fires up without spinning the rotor. Cheers SRR
  21. And if you do snap the pegs, your good old friend silicon we'll fix it. just put a little of the vents then stick back on, you can allways pry them back of later. Dont use superglue. Cheers SRR
