i have a full system on my 90L 750 ,they fit very well and the sound is just right for me(not too loud)

i stripped the anodizing off with oven cleaner spray,worked really well. just dont leave it on too long or it will go black and you will have to really polish it.

1500 rpm is too high, it should be 1000_1100rpm i think you still have carb issues,that you need to fix

did all needles do this or just the one? can only be a couple of things installed wrong, maybe from backfiring and running bad

you said it was running ruff and thought it might be blocked carburetor, did you check oil level and smell it too make sure it wasn't a flooding carbi ? -

are you sure that's the correct lever for that master cylinder it should have twice that much travel at rest.

i would bin the gauze, if it starts to break down bits are going straight into your carburetors

what have you changed recently on the bike? air cleaner setup, exhaust system. you said it was working right so something has changed for it not to work now or maybe you need to service the fuel system ,clean carburfuckingettors and fuel tank

i managed to find a new sprag starter and glade i did pull it apart to check it out occasionally it would make a clunking noise like the bearings in a sprag were slipping but this wasn't the case i found a broken tooth on the gear and lucky the tooth was sitting on the case and didn't go through the motor,it could have ended bad.

Also the 4-2-1 sounds really weird on a 750. weird good or weird bad?

I think i found the right one, is it 42mm? my next question is can they be rebuilt like the early gsx air cooled ones?
