  1. The black lines will melt if touching the exhaust, don't ask me how I know this
  2. There was a subframe as well that's not in the picture.
  3. Arocoat in Yarmouth was a bit pricey at £250.
  4. Black powder chrome one not tested yet on the Turbo Magnum.
  5. Chrome powdered on one of my frames. Very shiny when first done then fades a bit, it don't like oil takes the shiny stuff away.
  6. Some say the cooler is better fixed to the frame so no flex in the oil lines. I fixed myn to the forks, there's only 10mm movement with the oil lines which is nowt when you start to think about a JCB back arm.

  8. Have noticed the indicators need to point in the right direction even though at a glance its not noticeable.

  10. Made another for the other side and covered them with heat shrink.
  11. So I sleeved the indicator stem up, think it looks better like this obviously it will be painted black.
  12. Small bit of stainless steel 90° angle mounted to the carb rubber mount. It's not rocket science lol.
  13. I use shell from local garage 1/2 mile from me 99ron,never had any problems. But also came across this at Caldwell Park in the pits.

  17. I got one of the bay of e for £7.99 delivered that works on led or normal bulbs just plug & play.
  18. @oddsocksperfectly usability it's my favourite bike of all time to ride so far. But then I did build it for myself.
  19. My one is genetically modified to 260hp with ohlins suspension, carbon fibre wheels & braced frame. I used the standard switch externally.
  20. Hi Johnny, I blanked the oil pressure switch off then fitted it to a oil way in the sump. B12 sump but in a 750 slabby frame.
