  1. GSXR 1100, B12 81mm 1216cc think they are wiseco ? Are they & where can I get some new piston rings for them.
  2. I gently warmed some up in the oven before painting them. When I picked them up the liners just slid out.
  3. Hi Charlie again, exhaust will be better if 4-2-1 for all round power. Some exhaust systems look like they are 4-1 but like the yoshimure ones and the cobra one have a spliter in the collector box which makes them 4-2-1 even though they look like 4-1.
  4. My one this summer made 125hp 1100f standard motor, 36mm b12 carbs stage 3 dynojet kit with standard b12 air box rubbers, ram air socks & a full yoshimura exhaust.
  5. Never thought of that with my one, used standard b12 on a 1052.
  6. just press it out with a press or like I did the last one with a socket and a hammer.
  7. Have a set of short stroke barrels and some 1127 ones only about 4mm between the outside size of the sleeves so think it would work.
  8. Looks good, would like a go on it.
  9. Could some nice person tell me the pitch of the thread on the top banjo in the picture please, I know it is m8 but don't know the pitch M8x?
  10. Best of luck, am having spin down thisafternoon for a look see.
  11. Cheers mate, found one to compare it against today it was a really nice kat.
  12. Yes they do, Crazyline has a 750 though 8mm.
  13. Could some one measure a kat screen for me please, as am thinking of fitting one to a et light cowl.
  14. Have just spent a lot of hours playing around with b12 carbs on a 1127 power screen engine with a full yoshimura system, might not be the same for all, but I ended up with standard b12 carbs apart from having dynojet stage 3 needles and springs with needles on top notch 2 1/2 turns out on mixture screws 160 main jets. Runs really good, my needles were second hand so may have been a little worn, polished them up with some scotch brite which made it run a lot better mid range. Made just over 125hp on the dyno but that was with 155 mains and it was flating of at the top end hence the 160 jets.
  15. Any one know the thread size for the oil presure sensor inside the pickup cover.
  16. Hi mate, The mk2 set are for sale in the for sale section, but that's not why I put the post up.
  17. Question is which carbs are the best b12 mk1 or the mk2. I have both sets but no mk2 carb rubbers as they are difrent. May use the mk2 ones if there is a advantage with them.
  18. Looks like this at the moment.
  19. Top infill. From what I have learnt the frame I have hear was used for endurance racing in an earlier life.
